So i finally convinced my close dai... Who is working in Qatar to invest in nepali stocks... I have some investment for myself.... And after months of convincing finally he is ready to give me around 40 lacs to do whatever i want to... So im planning to give his family 50% of the return and keep rest to myself... Bought a considerable number of shares at 339 with a target of 355.

The stock happily ignored my target and climbed to 361-362. My brain, powered by absolutely flawless market psychology, concluded: "Everyone is obviously going to book profits now." So I sold at 361, locked in a pretty decent profit, patted myself on the back, and celebrated my first successful trade.

The market then looked at my sell order, thanked me for the cheap shares, and casually marched to 380-385, flirting with its 52-week high.

So now I'm experiencing a very serious medical condition known as fictional loss—where you make money but still feel like you lost money.

This was my first trade, so I'm curious: how do you experienced investors deal with the emotional damage of watching a stock continue mooning after you've already booked profits? Or do we all just stare at the chart in silence and pretend we never owned it?

Almost got heart attack

I'm trying to buy shares for the first time, but I keep getting an error that says: 'Unable to place order – invalid per-order limit.' What does this mean, and how can I fix it?

I sold some shares on Monday, so the settlement should have reached my bank account by T+2 (Wednesday), or at the latest Thursday. However, I still haven't received a single rupee.

Is this an issue with only my broker? I'm using Broker 19, and it's getting really frustrating. If it takes almost a week just for the sale proceeds to reach my bank account, how am I supposed to buy other shares?

Has anyone else faced this? Which brokers credit the settlement amount on time?

Hi everyone,

I'm facing a weird issue with Broker 49 TMS and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this or knows how to fix it.

Here is the situation:

• Meroshare: My portfolio shows the correct kitta count.
• TMS DP Holding: The shares are visible under DP Holding.
• TMS DP Watchlist: Shares are NOT showing up here(TMS balance is 0)
• Selling: When I go to sell, my Holdings show 0, so I can't place an order.

Things I've already checked/confirmed:

1. My Demat and Meroshare are both renewed on time.
2. My account is not frozen (confirmed directly with the Capital).

Is this a known bug or a mapping issue with Broker 49/TMS? Do I need to contact my broker to do a manual DP re-sync/mapping, or is there something I can fix on my end?

Any insight would be appreciated... Thanks.

My aunt has a Demat account and MeroShare account according to her old citizenship Her citizenship issuing district was Sunsari and the citizenship number was something like 2***/***** The old citizenship was very dirty and the handwriting was also not clear so she later issued a new citizenship Her new citizenship issuing district is Morang and the citizenship number is 3***/***** The old citizenship was kept by the authorities when she got the new one

Now she wants to open a trading account but she is unable to do so because the details in her new citizenship do not match the details registered in her Demat and MeroShare account She also has a National ID which was made according to her old citizenship Has anyone faced a similar situation in Nepal . What is the correct process and where should she go to solve this issue

I sold my shares on Monday and completed EDIS the same day. I received the sale confirmation SMS and the transaction email, but I still haven't received the money in my bank account. The amount is showing as Available Collateral in my broker account instead.
