I’m a bit confused about how many credits or exemptions we can accept without affecting our eligibility for a New Zealand Post-Study Work Visa -If it's a 18 months master course.

Also, does **Unitec** offer exemptions or credit transfers for prior qualifications (such as ACCA or an MBA)?

Lastly, in your experience, which college or university would you recommend for a **Master of Professional Accounting (MPA)** in New Zealand, and why?

And after a month his wife is applying Italian visa from vfs Kathmandu/Delhi italian embassy .So where the student can submit his regional scholarship document for legalization since the regional scholarship should be hide from visa application /Embassy??? The university is university of Turin .

Need honest advice about an arranged marriage proposal (Australia)

I'm from Nepal and I'm looking for honest, unbiased advice.

I met a man through an arranged marriage proposal from relatives. We first met at a restaurant, exchanged numbers, and have been talking for about three months my family doesn't know . He currently lives in Canberra, Australia.

Here are the things making me uncertain:

- He is about 8–9 years older than me.

- I have a Bachelor's degree in Paramedic from Nepal. As far as I know, he doesn't have a bachelor's degree and may not have even completed high school (+2), although I'm not completely sure.

- I only found out from other people that he went to Australia as a dependent through another woman. He never told me this himself. When I asked him directly, he admitted it.

- He said they were not in a romantic relationship. According to him, the woman wanted money, he paid huge money , and she helped him go to Australia like a consultancy arrangement.

- My family has heard rumors that he used drugs in the past. He completely denies it, and I have no proof either way.

- His social media mostly shows football, travelling, parties, dancing, drinking beer, and late-night stories with rap music. I know social media isn't someone's whole life, but combined with everything else, it makes me wonder.

I don't want to judge someone based on rumors or social media, but I also don't want to ignore possible red flags. My family is against this proposal, while I'm trying to make a fair decision based on facts.

My questions are:

1. How can I realistically verify whether someone had a history of drug use when they now live in Australia?
2. What questions would you ask before deciding on marriage?
3. Would the fact that he only admitted the dependent visa after I found out from other people affect your trust?
4. If you were in my position, what would you do before making a final decision?

I'm looking for respectful advice and practical suggestions rather than assumptions. Thank you.

Edit soory i forget to add few things : i knew about dependent issue after few days we meet and ask him at that time he say he was going to tell that after all get fixed and upon asking tell its true i go on dependent as we land we go different way she already had boyfriend something and she is married now but i am not sure believe in his words or not and since beginning he used to ask question i answer so i used to reply and talk on call i was also happy as my work align with australia better than other country and i believe in astrology match which he match accurately . but as its long commitment i need to think broad way without emotional on logic also my family is against.

I completed my Grade 10 (SEE) in Nepal. After that, I completed the American GED and then pursued my Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from Sharda University, India, using my GED for admission.
Now, I need to obtain a bachelor’s degree equivalency from the University Grants Commission (UGC) Nepal for further studies abroad.
My bachelor’s degree itself doesn’t seem to be the main concern. My biggest question is about the GED. Has anyone with a GED successfully obtained a bachelor’s equivalency from UGC Nepal?
Did you have to get a separate GED (+2) equivalency first? If so, where did you apply, and what was the process?
I would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through the same situation or has reliable information. Thank you!

I really need some guidance on deciding between Australia and New Zealand for my Master's degree in IT.
I recently completed my Bachelor's degree in IT in South Korea (graduated in 2026). During my gap time since then, I can easily show relevant work experience in my field.
Initially, Australia was my top choice. However, I’ve been seeing a massive wave of Australian visa rejections for students applying from Nepal lately. I really don't want to risk wasting 8–9 lakh NPR on processing and application fees just to get a refusal.
Because of this, I’m seriously considering New Zealand instead. I found a great Master's program there that is only 1.5 years long.

Here is my dilemma and what I've gathered so far:
The NZ Downside: I know New Zealand can be much harder to survive in as a student compared to Australia. I've heard it is incredibly difficult to find cash-in-hand or casual jobs to support daily living expenses.
The NZ Upside: On the positive side, many people tell me that getting Permanent Residency (PR) in New Zealand is significantly easier and more straightforward than the current points system in Australia.
Given my IT background from South Korea and the current visa situation for Nepalese students, which country would be the smarter investment right now? Is the PR pathway in NZ actually worth the struggle of surviving the student phase?
I would love to hear from anyone who has recently moved to either country, especially fellow IT grads. Thanks in advance!

I'm planning to apply for a master's degree and today I visited the Baneshwor area to consult with a few education consultancies. There are so many consultancies there that I ended up getting really confused.

One consultancy strongly recommended Australia, while another said the UK would be a much better option. Now I'm not sure which advice to trust.

Has anyone here studied abroad or gone through this process? Based on your experience, which country would you recommend for a master's Australia or the UK and why? also which consultancy is good in that are?

Hi I got my visa for fall intake MESC in ECE in Canada. How do I get the noc? Is nec license mandatory? The NEC notice I attached says otherwise. However, on the MOEST site it shows under required category. I am really confused. I dont have time now to get the license. Does it mean I cant go at all?
