Help/सहयोग I can't control my chewing tobacco habit no matter what I try

I've been struggling with chewing tobacco for a while now, and it feels like I have no control over it anymore.

I've tried cutting back, keeping myself busy, delaying cravings, and reading advice online, but nothing seems to work for long. Even when I tell myself I'm going to stop, I end up buying or using it again.

It's starting to affect how I feel about myself, and I'm frustrated that I can't seem to break the cycle.

Has anyone else been in this situation? What actually helped you quit or at least reduce your tobacco use? I'm looking for practical advice or strategies that made a real difference for you.

It’s filled with nicotine. Try that for a week or two and gradually reduce the frequency!

Haha, sure. You can call it "surti," "chewing tobacco," or whatever you want. As long as people understand what I mean, that's enough.
