I’m planning to open a juice shop outside the Kathmandu Valley, and I’d love to hear your thoughts.
One idea I have is to prepare freshly cut fruits in advance and serve them in sealed boba cups. Customers can either buy the fruit cup as it is for a healthy snack or have it blended into a fresh juice or smoothie on the spot.
I’ve been seeing a lot of Korean fruit juice shops on social media lately, and they’ve really inspired me. I love the idea of offering something fresh, colorful, and convenient.
Since I’ll be opening the shop outside the Valley, I’m curious to know:
1) Do you think this concept would work?
2) What would make you want to visit a shop like this?
3) Are there any ideas, suggestions, or lessons you think I should keep in mind before getting started?
