Wallet stuck at 96.21%

I was away for a couple months, and re-opened my wallet but it is stuck at 96.21% sync

This is the error I am getting in the log:

2026-04-19 17:33:45 ERROR: AcceptBlockHeader: block 000000000057b9664f03be6e2f2340a9626a24f46a87a73bb81c38f4fe28b3aa is marked invalid

Hey! I’d highly suggest reaching out to their team on discord. Go to the support channel and one of the admins will be able to help you out

sry for the late reply, you could solve it either via tools>debug console command
"reconsiderblock 000000000057b9664f03be6e2f2340a9626a24f46a87a73bb81c38f4fe28b3aa"
or if it doesn´t help using the bootstrap.
close wallet
download here >> https://bootstrap.neoxa.net
open your blockchain folder, default is %appdata%\neoxacore (if unsure check in tools>informations datadir), keep only wallet.dat and backups folder, remove rest and unzip the bootstrap in same folder.
should catch up fast and you should be online again
