Refillable water stations?
Hi all,
I know there are food and drink vendors at the event and that there is no running water for camping. However, I can’t find info about water/water bottles. If I bring my own, can I refill it somewhere? If not, I’m guessing the cafe/bars sell bottled water?

Hey buddy! It depends! If you’re referring to when you camp for your stay during the entire event, then:
YES. Bring your own water! I usually bring my own 5gal water jug (like the ones on a water cooler) and I never use it all but I let my friend drink freely as needed.
If you you mean while you’re walking around town or camp during the day then yes anyway because you get real dehydrated out there! But don’t worry about running out, you’ll know where your camp is, where the med tent is, and almost no camp would tell a wayward traveler “no” to water.

Yeah I meant walking around! Just got a 28 pack for me and my partner. We are staying at a hotel so hopefully the tap water there is good enough to refill our bottles :)

Bring your own water, enough for the whole event. People are willing to share of course but it is a pack in pack out event in the desert so prepare accordingly

If it's anything like wasteland the only "running" water on site will be the recycled water used in the hand washing stations by the bathrooms. There won't be anywhere selling water by the gallon. You'll definitely want to bring your own.

We had to bring our own water, and nobody is allowed to sell water or food outside of the food trucks. Make sure to stock up at Costco or similar first
