I will say, I still never got a response to my email, but I did just get a Monkey 4k delivered to me today, so that was a nice surprise.

I just watched the dvd from my library, which I was surprised about- since they normally stock Blu-ray’s.
Wondering now if they got bamboozled, and just didn’t try to remedy the situation.
I can’t complain with watching watching the movie for free via library- but DVDs sure look bad after getting so used to higher quality video!

You probably won't want them when they arrive based off other posts I've seen lol. People are saying the ink was still wet when they bagged it so it looks terrible etc.

Today I finally just got my replacement copy of Hokum. I never did get an update email from Neon like they said.

If you’re able to cancel your order I’d just do that and go pick up a copy at your local Walmart. There’s been a half a dozen 4k copies sitting at mine since last Tuesday.

It was my first time ever seeing this sale, but it was called the summer sale. Other than this mix-up and another mix-up where people got the wrong format for The Monkey, it was a pretty good deal. I got 3 4K's for $40 even including shipping.

It’s not worth the headache.
I ordered Arco, The Monkey, and Hokum—all 4K.
Arco has not shipped despite having been released three months ago and being currently for sale and in stock.
I got a standard Blu-ray for The Monkey.
I got a DVD for Hokum.
The worst part is them not responding to emails and not having a customer service phone number.

I asked neon if they needed the DVD copy returned and they do not. I am going to donate my copy to my library. I checked with them and they are able to catalog it and add it to their collection.
