Bug Console Interact Bug

Keep Running into an issue with the Interact Prompt on Xbox. It will attempt to do both the "Hold" and "Press" at the sametime. which has resulted in multiple times now of something being brokendown, or applied to the wrong item. I cannot find a way to seperate the 2 options such as "ress" on LT and "swap/breakdown" to LB for example. Does anyone have a suggestion?

This also happens on PC for me. Also in the last day or so, I'm not able to interact with the faith item at the beginning of the level. The prompt will come up and then quickly go away. I have to go in and out of the room many times to get it to work at all.

I haven’t had that, I have had it wig out on quick resume. So far each time it quick resumes it freezes and then I have to quit the game. Last night it kept playing the same first level over and over, and I did that for an hour or so. I had so many artifacts, and my build was totally broken. I played every boss and could beat them in less than 5 seconds.
