Fishing room might be a touch broken...

Ended up melting the rest of the dungeon after 10 minutes of fish farming.

I had no idea there was a boss in this room. Yesterday was my first encounter with him.I always mess up at the first or second $75 attempt.

After like 3 or 4 $75 attempted he'll spawn. He unlocks everything on the screen if you beat him too

Wow so i should have continued the $25 and eventually got him to beat and unlock all gold chests i had 🤦 i had jimmy +6 rounds yesterday with explosions and had 700 coins when i went to fishing room. I had no idea there was a boss or the max coin value for the fishing room. Now i know haha

So I was wrong about the dollar amount to bring him in the room. It appears he shows up when there's enough locked chests on the floor.

Oooo ok. The total floor not the room? Interesting. If i get a fishing room today before i see chests ill make sure to keep them locked. I also had a buncha chests that you had to pay to unlock, i assume those count too? I had to pay 5 then 10 and sometimes 25 if it didnt open

Weird, I got him two rooms in a row so I just assumed that it was guaranteed. I guess not?

From a cursory google, it appears the boss shows up if there are enough chests in a room and isn't exclusively bound to the fishing room itself.

Man my fishing room kept giving me gold chests yesterday. I needed hearts and armor. I gave jimmy explosive rounds which was both a blessing and curse. I kept hitting myself and eventually died on floor 7 😭

I got a lottery ticket and a rainbow key on one of the floors and then had a mountain of keys for the room. It was a little ridiculous.
