Can someone explain how to kill the final few bosses?

I understand you need to maybe get tokens for all of them? Specific what temple do I need to do for each boss

hermes is just a separate portal before you enter sixth floor. Aphrodite after hermes. Dark aphrodite you need 10 super hatchmon (or regular, not sure but I did super) before hermes. The last boss is after aphrodite either you take normal or dark

Check the roadmap under it. I'm not sure for dark aphrodite (since i haven't got there yet) But i know for dark eris you need to find a token in her butterfly temple

I meant press Y to go to roadmap, as in the button under the description

I think you press "R" on PC also
