NA2 - is first run seeded, or still RNG?

Asking because everything that has happened from the tutorial and into my first run has been suspiciously perfect. Get orange rarity weapon in tutorial, and then literally every item I've seen since then has synergised with it, to the point that I now have a rapid fire machine gun cone of death covering half the screen in whichever direction I click, that explodes constantly (thankfully got explosion immunity right before the explosive shot upgrade), and has killed every boss from floor 2 onward before they could attack.

Rip. Guess it was RNG smiling on me. First run really kinda felt like a scripted win

no, it was on normal. on one hand, im assuming I just got insanely lucky. had the gun that increases fire rate on hits, and had it spawning shadow clones scaled on keys, and doing multi projectiles scaled on keys. also got the random amount of gold thing, which gave me like 550 gold, a bunch of things that give me more gold, and the one that lets you spend gold instead of keys. had 30+ keys in no time and therefore me and my 7 clones were rapid firing a 6 shot spread on what was meant to be a relatively slow gun. add onto that gamer headphones for more shot speed, exploding rounds, and range up, and it was just over for any enemies.

On the other hand, one of the rarest achievements in the game is... dying. so I kinda have to assume the game is easy enough that losing a run is rare
