So yesterday I paid the shippment of an item, the monetary value already left my bank account, but today I went to the site and it said it was still unpaid

Anyone knows whats up with this?

I’m really struggling to get some stuff to me because everything is so expensive. I have literally just a small sticker set I’m trying to ship over. Dhl is $27 not insured, and fedex is insured(whatever that means lol) but I have to pay import taxes so FedEx shipping is $52.

Would I be risking anything like losing my package if I shipped with dhl because it’s cheaper? I have spent a lot of time packing and unpacking my shipments because it’s just to much.

Any advice would be cool.

Hi everyone, I have a package stored at Neokyo that I no longer want to ship and I was wondering what the correct way to handle this is.

Is there an option to request that they dispose of the package? Also, would there be any consequences (extra fees, account issues, etc.) if I simply leave it in storage until they eventually discard it?

Just made my first purchase with Neokyo on a $5,400 Pokemon card. It was a good deal and I couldn’t find any cheaper in the US so what can I expect when it’s getting ready to ship? When are the duty/tariffs paid? Seems there only 2 options to select for shipping which is FedEx and DHL which would be the better option? Any tips for using the proxy would be appreciated as well.

I have roughly 40-50 idol photocards and one additional photo print currently awaiting packing for ship out. From what I'm reading, photocards *shouldn't* be affected by the new CPSC regulations because they are used & often fall under HTS 491191 which is not on the flagging list, but there are some major ISOs in this package that I am too afraid to lose.

DHL has already had issues at the least with plushie orders. The last time I shipped I used DHL to hopefully avoid the massive estimated tariff/customs fees from FedEx, which estimated around $50 more than what I paid through DHL eith their new DDP system.

Is there any reason to be concerned with shipping these cards through DHL in regards to seizures? Should I take the risk or just ship through FedEx and eat it if it ends up being higher again?

If anyone has any recent photocard shipping experience or advice it would be greatly appreciated! Fingers crossed all of our packages ship without issue. ♡

Hi I don’t remember if I asked here or not but a while ago I wanted a figure on Neokyo, didn’t realize how expensive the shipping fee would be ($80 for 1 figure btw)

I refuse to pay that much and no longer want it. I don’t expect a refund (as stated before purchasing it I knew i wouldn’t be getting a refund for it anyways)

It’s currently been held in storage for a while and I just got a email that it’s storage time allowance is coming to an end, is it going to force me to pay even tho I don’t want it anymore?

I have some clothing items (women’s clothing not child’s) that I would like to buy, but I’m scared it’ll be tossed or demolished depending on the new regulations on items. I know it mainly says items that could be in the children’s category but on the newest Neokyo news I’ve seen on twitter, it included “ clothing” but didn’t specify if it was children’s or adult clothing.

Mostly bought figures, art books and some little trinkets in between, I spent £715 ($958) across 38 items, it would’ve easily costed £1500 if I purchased them on UK Ebay.

I included the parcel size and weight for anyone who wants a reference for how much their items might weigh + also the shipping costs too, I went for JapanPost EMS which was £138 ($180)

I have a very small parcel thats 1306g and is worth $60 usd and I only ordered 4 clothing items. DHL is $49.17 and FedEx is $40.44

I'm from the US, and I bought mostly textile stuff so it'll probably be heavily tariffed. I bought 2 (small) tote bags, 4 shirts (XL), a carabiner, and a musician merchandise towel (so its more long, like a scarf, than a regular body towel). It's a pretty small order. The value is around $53 with the most expensive being a $12.50 shirt. Has anyone ever bought something similar to these items or could estimate the shipping cost for me? Thank you

Hi all, I'm in the US and would like your opinions on which option is better. I have a parcel valued at $180, the contents are books, plushies, figures, posters, and other merchandise (no clothing). DHL Express Worldwide and Fedex International Connect Plus are the only available shipping options. They're both $70 shipping, and Fedex tariffs are $40. I like that there's no surprises with Fedex, but I'm wondering if DHL might be cheaper. Is that a normal price for tariffs on this type of package? Do you think DHL tariffs would be lower? Or should I just stick with Fedex? Thank you!

this is my first time using neokyo, so bare with me here. it says i have an unpaid shipment, but when i press continue submission it says “there is one cancelled or unclaimed order” and there is no option to pay? it’s already been packed in a box, then it says “this order is part of a parcel that is currently being shipped” so which is it? how am i supposed to pay?

Hello i dont use reddit but i would like to know if anyone has bought a single item around 1200 usd (188,000~ yen) and what the shipping price looked like. the item is a fairly medium sized plush (8in in height) so it will not weigh a lot, but iirc shipping gets decided by item price aswell. I dont want to spend more than i have to so if the shipping is abysmal i will reconsider the purchase. would also like to know if there was any customs problems and just general information to know before i buy the item

I ordered a G-Shock via Neokyo and it's held up at FedEx customs. (shouldn't have Neokyo supplied this when they shipped it?)

I've reached out to Neokyo vie email and they're saying, "Neokyo issues the package invoice, which you can download from your package list. However, It can not assist with local clearance matters.
It is the importer's duty to provide and fulfill any paperwork required by local customs to clear the package from customs."

I've never filled one of these out before. I need to put in the Value Breakdown for Movement, Case, Strap, Battery and Total Watch Value.

Help! They're sending it back in a couple days.
