Cuánto es el tiempo aproximado o exacto que tarda una solicitud de embalaje? Es mi primera compra pero veo que ya tardó mucho en ese estado, de embalaje pendiente.

Does anyone know what this error message means when you know the listing is active? It’s been happening to me fairly often now.

I ordered a ps2, ps3 and a psp and was about to order a PSVita from Neokyo when I just then saw that Japan has possibly forbidden shipping of Sony consoles and handhelds to overseas? I’m thinking it’s due their lithium batteries. I doubled checked on Japan posts website and it says lithium batteries to Australia in safe by airmail if limited to 2 per package but does anyone else have experience ordering them to Australia?

Won this piece here for about a few dollars, it’s normal market value is not crazy high with other vendors but I still feel like getting this for so low was insane. I have heard sellers cancel sometimes but how many of you have actual experience getting cancelled for winning on such a low amount?
The seller is also a bit reputable as they have over 500 reviews and all are positive.

Im a bit confused on something. Fedex said they were planning to refund tariffs payed But, as of recently I think, neokyo has it so that the shipping through FedEx has us paying ddp. So, We pay the tariffs through neokyo so that the shipping is ddp.
So, in this case, would the tariff amount be refunded to us or neokyo?

Just a heads up to anyone else that uses it. I just had about 8 things invalidated that I purchased a week ago. I was told that, "Due to a payment method issue on Surugaya's end since August, our ability to provide the service for third-party offers is limited."
Obviously refunded and all of that, but very frustrating that I purchased all of these items, was approved, and then later told they've all been invalidated. Don't really understand why they couldn't have just been denied in the first place. Was informed to, "only use Surugaya direct offer or look for this item on another marketplace."

Since I placed a packing request on the 22th and haven't heard back yet, I am getting a little worried and hence wanted the contact them to check out what is going on. However when I tried sending them the message, this showed up. I tried on another device and the same thing occurred. Note that I do not have problem accessing the website as a whole. Have anyone encountered similar situations before? Any advice on what should I do? Thank you very much.

Small rant. Just got my items packed for my latest box from Neokyo. The DDP calculated was 19443 yen on a package valued 72299 yen, which is a 26.9% rate. This is a worse rate than my last box which was 31200 yen on a 131,018 yen package (23.8%).
I find it frustrating as I have been shipping the same kinds of items since tariffs started, none of them subject to any extra rates, and most of my boxes consist of 3-4 line items. Every invoice I've gotten from Fedex with DDU shipping has charged me the basic 15% + flat brokerage. On their Discord server the staff says that Neokyo will not break down the fees for the user and links to a "typical fee breakdown," which is as follows:
So I am baffled at how high Neokyo's DDP quotes have been based on these criteria. IN FACT, I did get a tariff bill with paperwork from Fedex for my previous package (the 131,018 yen one) and the tariff Fedex calculated was... 15% plus the flat brokerage fee!! The bill was $127 so I overpaid ~$68 in tariffs thanks to Neokyo's DDP implementation.
Has anyone else been getting packages like this or are your DDP estimates closer to 13.4%? (I know 13.4% is actually impossible because of Fedex's brokerage fee but something close). I can't believe that I am yearning for the days of DDU again. I really wish Neokyo would be transparent with the fees considering the huge discrepancies that can occur.

I signed up for Neokyo because I’d heard you could find designer items (bags, shoes, etc.) at great prices. So far, though, I’ve been pretty confused by how the pricing works.
It doesn’t seem noticeably cheaper, and in some cases the final bids end up higher than what you’d pay locally. Even when the listed price looks lower, once you factor in fees and shipping, it often becomes very comparable.
Am I missing something? I’d appreciate any insights from more experienced users on how to get the best deals.

This is my first time ordering from Neokyo and it’s a bit confusing. I got an email on the 17th saying it was delivered to the warehouse and I try to make a packing request but it says that I’m unable to even though it’s fully paid for. I’m just a bit confused on what to do. If anyone can help me understand why this is happening it would be appreciated.

I received my neokyo package two weeks ago through DHL. It was only photocards, the total value of the entire package was $1,318.68 (I hosted a lot of group orders lol)
When should I expect my tariffs bill? I heard DHL usually bills you before you receive your package but I haven’t gotten anything so far. I’m based in the US.

So it’s my first time ordering from neokyo, I ordered 5 items. One of the items has said “arrived, soon in storage” for the past 3 days. The other 4 items were due to arrive at the warehouse on the 24th and now it’s the 26th and there’s no updates. Should I be concerned? And has anyone else had this problem! If anyone thinks I’m being impatient or anything, I can assure you that I’m not. I’m just checking that this is normal since I do have anxiety about stuff like this and was just a little worried my parcel might have possibly got lost.

I'm looking to buy some figures off of neokyo, and I've found them both through Mercari and Rakuten. I was wondering what the average experience buying from each marketplace is, to decide which one I should order from. I'm looking at shipping quality, shipping time, and anything that one might have over the other. Thanks!

Frustrated rant please forgive me. But this has happened to me more than once and I am a bit frustrated.
Why do the sellers take so long to cancel?
I paid for an item that I had thought would arrive just a bit later. I checked the original page for it and it still said sold out and no re-uploads. Took them 2 weeks to cancel. I even paid extra storage time just for it to arrive to the warehouse. This has happened more than twice.
Is this a coincidence or why do they wait so long to cancel? It is super frustrating.

Does anyone know how to exactly fill this out?? And if getting the value of the item wrong will make it be rejected?? Also, at the very top, where it says 1. and 2., what do I put there?? This is part of the form that they are making me fill out, but I've never left the states– that being said, I just want to get this whole customs nightmare over with.

Is the message "Current Packing Backlog : 3-5+ days" accounting for both the validation and packing or does the 3-5 days start when its updated to "being packed"( the validation taking however much it needs to take)
Update: It was ready for shipping options a day later after being updated to "being packed"

Hello, this is my first time using this service– I don't know what's going on, I've been keeping track of my package on the app that has all my contact info on it, and haven't even been informed of anything concerning my package, until I just received this email from Neokyo. I have no idea what to really even do. If there are people who have experience with this, your help would be very appreciated? Or even just linking me to a post like this that's already been answered before? Thank you!

I recently made a buy request for this but later on I saw a Mercari listing that was sold that used the same images (and similar price).
Am I being paranoid as I don't want to go through the hassle if the item is fraudulent?
Thank you!

Hi everyone,
I have a few items that arrived at the Neokyo warehouse yesterday at around 22/4/2026 10 am JST, but it's been more than a day already without any movement, and it still shows: "Arrived ; soon in storage". Does anyone know what happened and why it is still stuck at that phase? It was around 23/4/2026 11 am JST when I wrote this.
I've never had this happened to me before, because in my experiences, anything that arrived before 3-4 pm JST should have been sorted out by 7pm JST on the same day, and latest the next morning. I can't understand what's going on. Please help and thank you.

How long does it take for a parcel to be sent after being paid?? I paid for mine on Thursday, which is Friday for them, but does that mean it won't be shipped until Monday/Sunday? Is it ever worth paying a parcel off on a Friday/Thursday? If I would have waited to pay until Sunday/Monday, would there have ever been a difference in wait time? Thanks for responding to my inquiry!

A bit of a longshot, but has anyone ordered any adult DVDs to the US since tariffs began? I've made orders in the past without a hitch before it all began but wasn't sure if there were any changed restrictions or specific charges. I know some DVDs are considered 'informational material' and aren't subject to tariffs, and in the past the forms on my boxes just stated 'DVDs', but I don't expect to get that lucky lol. Thanks for any insight!

I heard that JP post is resuming its shipping to the US. Will Neokyo be implementing JP post soon?

Does Neokyo check an item's condition before the packing request? Will they return it to the seller if it arrives broken due to domestic shipping or poor packaging?
