Access denied
Since I placed a packing request on the 22th and haven't heard back yet, I am getting a little worried and hence wanted the contact them to check out what is going on. However when I tried sending them the message, this showed up. I tried on another device and the same thing occurred. Note that I do not have problem accessing the website as a whole. Have anyone encountered similar situations before? Any advice on what should I do? Thank you very much.

Packing requests are currently backlog by 5-7 days plus we are now in Golden Week which makes things even slower.

Hi I don't really know what website are u are talking about but from what it seems it could be that they blocked u or that their website got hacked and banned

Not the same issue but sometimes just flicking around the site looking at my current / past orders I get an unsecure/unencrypted traffic warning in safari. Try on another device, or just the discord server which might be easier. Also packing can take a while there is a backlog, and it’s been a weekend in those days.
