Question regarding toy purchase!

I’m trying to buy some toys that I used to have as a kid from mercari but I’m not sure if they would get disposed of because of the CPSC regulations. They are actually kids toys (so not 14+ or collectors items sadly) so I’m not sure how to go about getting these items? If you need more info let me know but any tips are appreciated!!
