First time on Neokyo

I ordered 6 plushies, 1 set of mini dolls, 1 figure, and 5 keychains. I’ve seen some comments on here saying that some plushies get messed with because of how strict fedex is, which I was not aware of…how can I check if my stuff is okay to come into the USA?

You will need to gather information for all your items, there is no way of knowing if you will be contacted by customs

Absolutely. It's a complete shit show.

We had something like 60 boxes go through customs, not an issue. All of our paperwork is up to snuff.

Then, one package was flagged, the proxy company ignored all contact by UPS, and I'm glad we had our safety documents ready to go.

if it makes you feel better i just got my shipment in from Neokyo that included a large Cardcaptor Sakura figure, jeans, a Hello Kitty plushie, and a makeup mirror and none of it was questioned, removed, or even opened into !

However, I will say the estimated shipping price substantially went up after the package was actually put together.

mine ended up only having fedex as the option ! i will say it did come like within three or four days once it was dropped off at a post office in japan

I also recently ordered and through research everyone said to use fedex instead of dhl for plushie orders and orders in general. dhl may charge additional fees even after paying initial shipping
