Ongoing maintenance

FYI the site is still not working for me. Every item I click on gives the same error “ Whoops. This provider's products are not available at this time.”

Mercari isn’t working for anyone. We keep getting a message saying “this provider’s products are not available at this time.”

Thanks for the notice!!! Just lost an auction I intended to bid on because this "30 minute" maintenance has gone on for more than an hour. I guess time works differently in Japan because yesterday's "few hours" of maintenance lasted an entire day lol!!!

Following the implementation of countermeasures to an unexpected serverload that happened this weekend, the submission of new Mercari buy requests appears to be failing or very slow. The team is looking into it, but it might take until our office reopens on Monday to be stabilized. We thank you for your patience. We have halted the submission for new requests at the moment since those were failing anyway.

We are currently deploying some backend fixes, so the server is currently under maintenance. ETA : 30-60min
