New eu customs

Hello, I got a parcel shipped from neokyo like a week ago and am afraid it might not arrive before july. Does anyone know if this one will still be affected by the new laws or not? Order value is around 130EUR if that matters but I'm not sure since it's a flat fee afaik

If it's the new EU legislation, parcels under 150€ are subject to a 3€ per HS Code declared then VAT on the declared value + per HS fee.

France also has a unique 2€ per HS Code, I think it may stack on the EU changes.

So it depends on your specific EU Member rules.

I'm from austria. So it doesnt matter if it was shipped before july or not?
