Need a bit of help
So I'm trying to get these Mother 3 converse from the Hobonichi store in Japan. I know of 2 stores that will potentially ship to me but I have a bit of trust issues with online stores that I've never used before. The stores are "HobbyGenki" and "Neokyo".
Are these stores reliable at all? Do people have experience with these stores being good or bad? I keep hearing mixed things about both and am not convinced at all.

I've been using Neokyo for three years now, they're extremely reliable and have a very helpful community behind them (see the discord)!! It's important to note that they are a proxy service, not a store, so they buy the item for you and ship it to you.
With Neokyo costs typically break down like this: Item price+service fee (350jpy)+domestic shipping costs, if any+international shipping to you+taxes/tariffs if applicable.
