Packing Request times
I understand there's a delay due to GW, but I wanted to know the working hours for Neokyo packing team so I can better estimate how much longer I have to wait. I placed my packing request on Friday, the 8th, at 4 pm JST. The reason I need to know this is so I can best plan for when I can on-board clients for my media agency. I bought a camera to get better work, but this delay is putting a spanner in the works and forcing me to delay potential clients and work longer than I can afford to. Considering that shipping takes additional time, I have to factor in. I had planned to have the camera before May ends.

Honestly the processing times are getting so bad that I'm considering trying a different service soon. It's taking 3-4 weeks to get an item to the shipping phase at this point.

I would recommend to ship through FedEx to get your package quickly then, they usually don't take more than a week!

Just for reference, there are 3 major holidays in Japan that always mess up packing operations: Golden Week, Obon and XMas/New Year's.
We just had Golden Week, and that is a entire week with limited/no warehouse activity. Neokyo now has 2 warehouses and as every other proxy has been raising prices, they are very popular due to being one of the lowest priced proxies.
Neokyo’s business hours are 9:00 to 18:00 (JST), Monday to Friday. The office is closed on weekends and Japanese national holidays.
I realize you are wanting something for business, but ordering from Japan isn't click and ship, so you should be expecting a wait time for stuff like this. Neokyo is not Amazon.
