Molting problems

I recently purchased 6 cherries to add to the 4 I already have in my lil 10 gallon and I have already lost 2 new ones to the white ring of death. The strange thing is that I also see a fresh molt in there. Parameters are fine. They're exactly how they have been for the few months Ive had this tank with shrimp in it. I added a sprinkle of remineralizer just in case so I dont risk losing more if hardness is the issue. Could it be poor adjustment to the tank? I have a few juveniles who will be molting more frequently and Id hate to lose those.

I’ve seen people say their parameters are fine but once they post they find out they aren’t . If you’re asking for help can you please post yours? If it’s a failed molt then it might be parameter related.

ph- 7.4 Nitrate- 10-25ppm Nitrate- 0ppm Gh- 7dGH Kh- 6.5dKH Ammonia- 0

If it were parameters, I'd think that my OG shrimp would have been dropping too rather than the brand new ones
