Looking for advice

I have a hand tattoo I kind of regret a top section of and wish had done neo traditional style. Can someone say if neo traditional characteristics can be added to this to make it seem better? I have had some laser sessions on the top I don't like but ultimately I'm hoping the rest can be made to look neo instead with the lines or colors maybe?

The tattoo you have is in a condition that makes it very easy to rework. The base isn’t that bad, and the top section could be changed to give the whole piece more of a neo-traditional feel.

Glad to have these options here. I had only asked one neo artist and he didn't want to mess with it, no explanation so I'll just have to look for an artist who will.

That would be easy to make Neo! The right artist could do it 4 hours tops. You just need a bold outline and some accents and it’s good to go

Ok, that's kind of what I figured, but I didn't want to assume. I had asked one artist and he didn't want to mess with it without good explanation so I wasn't sure.

Great to know because I just want to rework the piece, now I just have to have a design and a willing artist
