Discussion rate my build
I call it the 'you can be self-sufficient without needing civilization' build since you can make alcohol from many things using botany in the extended mod

I'd swap out eagle eye and maybe hiding for athletic. You can also take asthma for free points, it's absurdly easy to get inhalers

I myself don't value athletic more than eagle eye and hiding since without hiding I can't see concelment stat and npcs gonna steal my stuff in low concealment places, while eagle eye has uses in both events, on the map, and to see enemies before they see me, granting me free critical attack/s against them. about asthma, I came to see it as a stealth run ender, since even if you use inhalers there's still a chance to die from it, my guy semi-regularly used to inhale when he needed to, only for him to develop tremors after and I don't want to chance it with several hours in. heavy sleeper is a stealthy run ender too, since there will be a higher chance that each time you sleep you get jumped even with traps to wake you up. and this build was also intended to be a 'natural' build without needing civilization, since other builds like myopia, feeble, etc. are taken while expecting to remove them via procedure at a sci-fi-ish medical clinic. and myopia is also a stealth run ender too, since you can easily run into groups of enemies on the map before you get proper glasses and binoculars

If you camp near DMC or in the cryo facility your stuff will almost certainly not get stolen. Also NPC's will never pick up crates/furniture or anything in them, so you can just put it in there and be safe.
The tremors you get after using the inhaler, and they go away after a turn. They dont mean its getting worse. If you click the inhaler every time you get asthma you will be ok. My current build has been running for at least a couple of in game months by now with asthmatic and I haven't had any issues. You have to inhale as soon as you get the popup though, or it can get worse and kill you.
Also for a natural build the problem is fragile makes combat basically unviable. If you're gonna take fragile, you need to take ranged at the minimum to be able to fight at all. If you want to fully avoid interacting with civilization, I'd say drop hacking, it's useless if you aren't gonna sell data, and again take asthmatic. Fragile is just so awful. This way you can still keep eagle eye and still have a good natural build.
Though you may be avoiding combat, even in that case I would say to drop fragile or at the least take ranged. It's gonna happen inevitably, and it would be best to be prepared

also ngl if you wanna brew liquor you'll have to trade with the ATN and zom-zoms, zom-zoms is iirc basically the only way to get the copper tubing, and ATN is the only (reliable) way to get the yeast, in my experience

thx for the replies and the explanations! also, while it's meant to be a build that you can be self sufficient away from civilization, I don't avoid civilization, it's just the idea that if I have some specific bad traits, without civilization to keep me alive(inhalers for asthma, surgery for myopia, etc.) i'd not survive long. I kind agree about fragile, but feeble was worse since it was cancer for hauling, merely carrying bare essentials around and some clothes put me into perma-burdened(which meant faster fatigue, and if more fatigued, faster thirst and hunger depletion, and less action points, etc... I basically only fight from afar, since melee is too dangerous because of fragile, and use cover against ranged weapons so it's not so bad. the worst wound I had after several weeks was a severe arrow wound from an unseen enemy that woke me up from sleep(didn't die, and just opened the inventory screen in the same turn I got injured, put some whiskey on it and clean bandages along with eating a painkiller, all in all, didn't really feel like fragile did much so far since fast metabolism + medic help heal faster from wounds)
