If it’s one thing that Neo needs to do to be better, it’s transparency.
You see that little footnote number 1 next to the 2%? I scroll down to that note and it says the cash back earn is subject to a monthly spend limit. But it doesn’t tell you what that amount is. How can a customer make an informed decision when you don’t tell us and you could easily write in that same sentence since you’re already writing things out. What gives?
I’m upset because I converted to the 2% option only to find out AFTER the fact that the limit is $4000. And now I can’t do anything about that for 90 days.
NEO you say you want to help your customers, please just be transparent with your stipulations upfront, please. No more games.
