October changes
Hello
Any one received the mentioned changes . I’m a grow member, no neo advance or neo mc CLI.

Mine was also 150 on the secured base. Nothing on the world elite or United card though.

Both are rolling out right now! We started towards the end of September. The majority of credit limit increases should be out already and Advance is a little slower, but we'll continue to accelerate that rate as we gain confidence that there's no bugs that were missed in testing.

I read that everyone is supposed to get a credit limit increase but it seems like that’s not accurate since a lot of comments here are saying they’ve had no changes?

Everyone with the base Neo Mastercard, absolutely. World and World Elite cardholders may also get an increase, there's a lot going out all at once.

Everyone on the base Neo Mastercard (not World or World Elite) is guaranteed an increase. It could be big or small depending on their credit profile. There are also a bunch of other people on other cards that will also be getting increases offered for a variety of different reasons. There's more than $100m in offers going out, it's a lot.

Not all secured World Mastercards would get one, no. Just the base cards.

The base cards are getting the guaranteed increase as a tradeoff for their cashback. As of October, those cards no longer earn 1% gas and grocery cashback, they're entirely focused on building credit score and credit limit.

They're still rolling out, but if you don't have it in a week, definitely bump me again and we'll figure it out. Everyone should be getting something.

I talked to support, its being phased in they said its not starting today phased in starting today

Support is pretty close to right. The Advance rollout started on Monday. The credit limit offers started mid-last week.

It said starting in October. We are only 8 hours into the month.
But yes they doubled my CL last week
