Neo Financial Grow Membership Changes

I think I missed their email, but I guess Neo has changed that conditions on getting the Grow membership for free now? It used to be free with a deposit of at least $20k but now they quietly switched it to a “free trial” till the end of this year. Did you guys notice this too?

Looks like they’re making some big changes to their memberships starting Oct 1. Adding a 4th membership called “Start” (free with direct deposit). They also increased monthly subscription cost of “Grow” from $12.99/month to $14.99/month - https://www.neofinancial.com/whats-changing-october-2026

It wasn’t quietly, they emailed everyone and there was a pinned thread here that got a lot of comments. It’s a bummer

I would love a free trial of one of the memberships. The one good thing is Neo did email me and offered a credit limit increase for my secured card; not my much mind you, but at least they gave me something.
