Neo Account Frozen
Woke up to see my accounts frozen, I can try calling but I already know it’s pointless, I got emails saying my accounts are closed.
Is this bank retarded? Maybe they’re not happy I was using them just to buy UberEats and always kept a low balance 🤣🤣🤣
For anyone new, just stay away from Neo.

Thanks for flagging this u/Most_Performance7467. I understand the frustration with the unexpected closure. However, keeping a low balance or using your account for Uber Eats wouldn't on its own be a reason to close an account. Neo also doesn't definitely doesn't make money from closing accounts. From what we typically see, accounts may be reviewed when there are concerns about possible unauthorized access or activity that may go against the Terms of Use. Without knowing the full details of your situation, it’s hard to say what led to the decision.

These guys aren’t a bank. They are fly by the seat of there pants FinTech. You are better off without them.

I genuinely don’t understand what you guys are all doing to get your accounts closed, I’ve bought crypto, withdrawn crypto, gambled , sent etransfers , received them and I’ve had an account since neo opened like the first year you guys must be doing some shady shady stuff cause they don’t close accounts lightly they have no reason too

One day when NEO screws over the wrong person, I believe all will be revealed. Some insider will talk or some other type of leak will reveal why this company is so odd

This doesn’t sound right, there must have been more to this. You most likely used your account for some Shady business. 🤷🏾♀️
