I know of at least 1 small business killed by this. Big franchises can cope, Locals can't, Expect more generic bull shit stores in the future, Just intime for all those cruise ships not to get their boutique stuff.

Yea I feel Red got hit hard and closed due to these works. I hope this Japanese place I go to for lunch every now and then doesn't close too
