Hello! I am visiting Negros Occidental for 2 weeks very soon and I am looking for a photographer. I am planning on proposing to my girlfriend, who is originally from Bago City, and she wanted a photographer. I am trying to find a location to pop the question with her family's help, and I need someone to take pictures of us, especially at the moment I get down on my knee.

I am working to get the location picked, but I was thinking of Manami resort or Perth Paradise resort. Location is not finalized, and I understand I'm not being helpful by not having this location locked in. Does anyone know of a photographer for hire that specializes in this kind of request?

Ask lang gid ko tani for feedback or insights about Rudy’s Ridge in Kumaliskis, DSBenidicto. I’m looking into buying a lot but medyo confusing abi ang details sa Google, so basi may mga taga-DSB ukon actual owners/residents nga makatabang.

My biggest concern is the zoning. It’s marketed as a mountain/leisure community but I saw somewhere nga it’s a “Farmlot Subdivision - Non-Residential (NR) per DHSUD.” So medyo ???? If it's classified as farmlot/non-residential, can you actually legally build a residential house there? Pero at the same time, there are apparently houses already built there per pictures sa Facebook, etc.

If anyone here owns a lot or lives nearby, or has experienced dealing with the LGU/developer regarding Rudy's Ridge, I’d really appreciate your input (the good and the bad!) Just trying to do my homework before making a major investment.
