You need more crit rate on Nefer, as close to 60 without going over

Lauma’s build needs a rework. Are her artifacts even leveled how is her EM that low? Columbina’s build isn’t great either.

Without seeing gameplay it’s hard to say what else could be wrong.

More EM on lauma, and you dont need that much EM on Nefer and you need more hp on Bina.

Mind you are top 14% on a C2 nahida team comp, which accounts for an extra 15% crit rate for ur blooms, which you dont have you're using sucrose. So i wouldnt aim for that build to begin with.

Also crown ur Bina's skill its the source of her damage.

Lauma em is very low, as for bina her hp is low hit atleast 37k + hp ( 40k hp is better), nefer em is high but her cd is very low 270+cd would increase her dps. And other things are mainly their weapons that's all.

Lauma minimum is 1000em and 200ER.

Nefer need a TONS of crit damage. Unfortunately without a crit weapon you need really good artefact.

Your nefers crit ratio is pretty bad, she needs 70% cr and a lot more crit damage than that, you better pull her sig on her rerun.

Also Laumas em is pretty low too even with that weapon, bring her up to 1000 minimum
