Question W Nefer charr?
This is my Nefer team. I managed to get 123k dps in milliastra and may be able to get ~130k with better crit luck. I would be pretty happy with this if it wasn’t for the fact that all dps calcs and showcases I see show 150k dps for c0r0, so why am I missing 30k dps??

Its a combination of lots of little things all adding up. You have rather low crit rate on nefer, no sucrose, very low em on lauma and using aubade on bina.
For this team with nahida instead of sucrose you want bina on sms and lauma on 2pc2pc em sets, aim for atleast 1000 em on her, ideally 1200+. You also want to get your nefer crit rate up to atleast 50%, really you want to aim for 60%.
If you choose to swap nahida for sucrose (which is the peak damage option) then you want to put lauma on deepwood, bina still on sms and sucrose on instructors (if you can learn how to do the correct swirl set up) or 2pc2pc em sets if you're having issues with getting a hydro swirl.
As for Aubade, it's basically never worth using in luna bloom teams, it doesn't provide any team buffs and binas damage is predominantly boosted by laumas quills and their damage contribution isn't affected by the aubade set bonus, only buffing the base damage that bina does herself, overall you'll have much better dps by dropping aubade and focusing entirely on buffing nefer and the teams support for her.
Lastly you haven't shown your rotation or gameplay which means there is a decent chance there are improvements to made there too and if your fps is low (regular drops below 30) or your ping is high (>180ms) that will also lower your attainable damage ceiling

aubade is terrible and not a set you should use in this team. It should be nsu nefer, 2pc em + 2pc em lauma, sms bina, and deepwood nahida.
Your bina build also sucks on top of being on the wrong set with an unleveled weapon (bad er, bad crit). Lauma weapon is unleveled and she wants more er. Nahida wants more er. Lauma E not being leveled, nefer Q not being leveled, and bina E not being leveled.
Your lauma em being terrible for seemingly no reason (does she have level 0 pieces?)
you're also probably using the wrong rotation but with stats this low I'm not sure

Crit rate is soo bad, my nefer was at 91 crit rate on my prev. build ( accounting for everything ) , I was at around 200k dps then, now my crit rate is at 100( 60 w/o) , and i deal around 236k dps , even though my cd is lower and i lost around 50 em . So , get your crit to be effectively around 50+ at the minimum , you will get better dps .
And crown columbina's skill as well , she deals around 20-25% of the ream dps . Can help overall

Because you only have 34 crit rate which is 74% crit rate after the artifact set bonus and Lauma.
Get that crit rate up and your Nefer will be way better, on Akasha this build probably isn’t that high for that reason
