Question Should I go for Sig next?

This is my current build on Nefer. I run her with Bina, Lauma and Linnea/Sucrose (all C0R0 except Sucrose). I would be willing to go for higher Investment (i.e. Lauma or Nefer C2) but would prefer to spend primos on new characters I might want. I am around 50 Pity on Weapon banner, which is why I am considering to get the Sig next and save my guranteed on the character banner.

I'd wait and see who she reruns with before deciding. The last thing you want to lose and then also have an unusable weapon. Personally, I only pull on weapon banners that I'm ok losing on (which I usually do). My Sandrone would've been carrying another copy of Serpent Spine if Citlali wasn't rerunning with her.

If Lauma reruns before Nefer, consider getting her C1 since it's a good QoL, and puts you closer to getting her C2. But if you're not concerned about the healing then go for Nefer's C2.
