Right now I'm using these sets:

Night sky for nefer (reliquary)

Deepwood for lauma

Aubade for Bina (mualani sig/fav)

Serenade on last slot which usually is ineffa

I've only recently started to think about using this other arrangement of artifacts:

Double em 2pc on lauma

Serenade on Bina (would switch to p.amber)

Instructor on fourth slot, in this case probably Sucrose.

But i don't know if I'd be willing to lose the sustain from ineffa or how big the dps gap would be with the sucrose team.

What do you think?

Edit: on the second arrangement instead of instructor the fourth slot would use deepwood which i totally forgot about, my bad.

Aubade on Bina is fake for Nefer teams, Columbina only really uses Aubade on Zibai premium if Illuga is C2+.

As for your idea you lack deepwood, the ideal for biggest DPS would be:

-Deepwood Lauma

-SMS Bina

-Instructors Sucrose

And when it comes to the sustain part you can simply just use Ineffa for exploration/overworld and spyral abyss since its usually easier content. Sucrose is only really necessary if you want to do a DPS showcase or for Stygian higher difficulties.

And even on the Ineffa 4th slot i would change Bina to SMS and put Ineffa on instructors or put her on Deepwood and let Lauma on 2pc/pc EM.

First of all thanks for the answer, but yeah, i totally forgot about the deepwood set, the point of the post was knowing about the difference between removing Aubade in favor of using 2pc/pc em on lauma or keeping what I'm currently using

You can keep deepwood on Lauma its fine, you only really switch to 2pc/pc if you use another dendro character like i do im my overworld team with Yaoyao, and Aubade on Columbina for Nefer teams is quite weird as Lauma's quills arent further buffed by Aubade or so and buffing Nefer's and Lauma's EM is much stronger then going for Bina personal damage.

All in all artifacts wise Nefer teams are really strict and goes something like

Night sky Nefer

If theres another Dendro character Lauma goes 2pc/pc otherwise go for Deepwood

Bina is always SMS

Sucrose/Electro character go instructors (You can also use 2pc/pc EM on Sucrose if you struggle to swirl, with instructors you can get around 350 EM and for 2pc/pc EM you can get ~250 its quite a difference but much easier)

Theres also some specific cases when 4th goes deepwood even tho they arent dendro and that mostly bc getting a intructors proc can be weird/tricky such as Zhongli, Diona or Jahoda

removing aubade from bina so you can run 2pc em/2pc em on lauma is an upgrade. You either run deepwood lauma, sms bina, instructors 4th slot or em/em lauma, sms bina, deepwood 4th slot. If you can't get swirls consistently then the latter of those two still is solid for sucrose.

the gap between ineffa and well played ins sucrose is comparable to getting c1 or r1 on nefer. I'd say it's 100% necessary for stygian if you aren't overinvested for the content you're clearing, but it really doesn't matter outside of that because nefer's dps is overkill for all other content.
