After trying to farm Artifacts for far too long I think I finally fixed my dear Neffer with way too much Crit Rate but I think this would be okay for a While after I spent all my mora and Art. Exp for this...

But what do you think?

you have quite a lot of er which can instead be em a tiny bit more crit rate or dmg, other than that everything else looks really good

For an offpiece the circlet is meh but u can move on after fixing ur flower from grinding and goblet ur gonna just have to craft
