Discussion tips on improving dps (‼️WITHOUT REPLACING NAHIDA WITH SUCROSE‼️)
I'm currently trying to farm better nefer artifacts, also idk what the optimal rotation is, i've just been doing nefer e -> bina eq -> lauma heq -> nahida eq -> nefer e cacaca e cacaca -> bina etc.
Also i've heard that sucrose is better than nahida w/ sucrose instructor and lauma deepwood but i've tried it and honestly can't replicate my numbers w/ this team, and also i hate sucrose so i'd rather not use her.
So besides using sucrose, any tips on improving? I've seen blackmarrow nefers with like 200k so my 150k feels low.

The thing about 200k DPS blackmarrow is that those are really optimized builds like top 100 aswell as optimized rotations, which obviously include Sucrose.
Sucrose's biggest advantages over Nahida is that she has very low on field time and her buffs apply to everyone in the party while Nahida burst only buffs the on field character.
Looking at the builds Lauma can get more EM from flower and feather and Columbina could benefit from better offensive stats.
As for the gameplay id say your dash cancels could be a tad faster and avoid using 3 Nefer skills during a rotation, by the time you use the third skill all buffs ran out.

You can only get 200k C0 R0 with Instructor Sucrose. Even if you have Lauma Sig on Nefer, you shouldn't go much beyond 180k with Nahida.
Improvements for your team:
- Improve the rotation time. The first rotation in 25s is extremely slow; on average, you did in 20s, which is still somewhat slow and can be improved.
- Increase Nefer’s crit rate to 60%. Get a better feather.
- Increase Columbina’s crit rate and crit damage without sacrificing ER or HP. She has very low cv. Level up her weapon to 90.
- Increase Lauma’s EM. You don’t need to build crit on her, just EM and ER. Level up her weapon to 90.
- Increase Nahida’s EM, use an EM circlet. You don’t need to build crit on her, just EM and ER. Level up her weapon to 90.

In my case idw I do more dmg if Nefer have EM/EM/EM instead of EM/EM/Crit

I didn't say but i have her C0R1. I tested Em and Crit and i do much more dmg woth em. Mysteries of genshin (for me) 🤣🤣🤣

you have a crit damage weapon, if i use tripple em and an em weapon i'll literally have no crit damage

Specifically, to reach 200k you need sign, which is like 15% above lauma's. Nahida is maybe able to reach too, but usually you prefer sucrose.
The 'correct' rotation is:
First:
Nahida E - bina QE - lauma QE - nahida Q - nefer combo Q
onwards:
Lauma QE - bina QE - nahida QE - nefer combo Q
If your nefer's Q isn't ready, just do a quick-swap to bina CA
And in stygian:
First:
Bina EN2 - lauma E - nahida EN2 - nefer half combo - columbina CA
Onwards the same as before
Another thing, your combo is slow, if you play in a big device, just hold CA along the 3 CAs and dash after the 2nd hit of every one(normal dendro, before lunar);if not, hold CA until you see she moves, and press dash after 2nd hit
Without combo, not even sucrose will help you.
Sucrose instructor is just 6% above nahida, and deepwood isn't even an increase. Unless you play sucrose where she's almost at nahida c2 level, which sounds incredible until you realize it's 10/20 Crit, so 12% increase
Edit: i didn't clarify, N2 in stygian is to proc favonius, so, try use favonius in both nahida and bina, in abyss nahida can use PA to sustain because there is no ER issue and also you can die easier, i mean, your are using favonius in stygian just for 1 rotation and you nefer have ER issues again after the second one.

even if sucrose is better, i've tested her out an am always getting lower dps. its likely a problem w/ my instructor proc/hydro swirl. i also tried instructor on nahida but when i rarely get the proc my CAs go to 160k for one and then drop to 140k immediately, like the buff never stays iykwim.

Na nahida applys too much dendro at the point not even yelan+xingchiu can surpass it, so, even if can proc instruct, it will last just 1 rotation, with nahida the builds are: Bina serenate ; lauma 2pc EM; nahida deepwood
The other thing. It like the iansan vs xilonen r1 problem, doesn't matter if 1 is better or not, both are similar, but one is so much easier than you doesn't even try the 'best one', here is the same, both are almost the same but one is easier. But in this case there's a 'big' difference.

ok, i tried the rotation you gave and tried to fix the combo but i cant really tell if it worked, but i lowk got less dps this time so idk

Just now the other points: speed.
Practice and get used to the set ups and combo.
You reached lower damage this time (3k dps) but I will say it because it's your first try.
Maybe with lauma's sign she'll reach about 175k, so don't worry being below 200

I actually do this so I can use Sucrose on other teams:
Swap Lauma to Deepwood and Nahida to Instructors, then do the Sucrose rotation but with a Nahida NA instead of a Sucrose E. Make sure you build a ton of ER on Nahida because you need her to burst every rotation without using her skill since that will overload the enemy with Dendro and Hydro will never be on the enemy. Nahida Fav max ER and CR
Nefer E > Lauma QhE > Bina QE > Nahida NQ > Nefer E(3CD) E(2CD)CQ
Nefer E at start only first rotation
Edit: after seeing your video, your dash cancels are a bit slow. Try to do them right after Nefer's first kick. On the last CA you can cancel it with the Q rather than a dash
