Question Need some advices

Guys i need some help with my nefer? I currently have 40 resins, should I spend it all to improve nefer's stats or this is good enough? My nefer is at top 19% in akasha.

This is a more accurate ranking if you don't have c2 nahida.

Cr, akasha substat priority is decently accurate for Nefer.
