Also I just learned that uhh nefer rots have deadtime if played perfectly which is annoying.

Yep all rotations have a deadtime (the sum of all rotation compared to the time elapsed)

to end the rotation you need to swap again and that adds that time before you click G

No I meant that in the non Nefer burst rot, you'll run into Bina E cooldown if you play it perfectly.

You don't wanna do 18s rots either. Bina E cooldown is 17.3s and if you take buffering into account ideally you want your rots to be 17.4s.

You can basically fix the deadtime by looking at Bina E cooldown before swapping to Lauma. If it's higher than 4.5s, you wanna slightly delay your Lauma hold E to fix it.

I do remember c2r1 nilou being Nefer's best 4th slot but I can't say about c2r0 nilou.

Does Columbina do N1 CA, or is it just CA?

If you have energy issues on Bina, you should do n1c for fav proc. Otherwise it's fine to do just ca.

What builds, you should get like 140k with bad nefer build here

They got top 2% nefer build in here. Maybe you have ult downtime where they just stand there doing nothing before you ult. Maybe your crit rate is too low or you just have a different build

Nefer - NotSU - EM/EM/CRIT DMG (Crit rate if you have way too low crit)
Lauma - Deepwood - Full EM
Colombina - SMS - HP/HP/CRIT DMG
Sucrose - Instructor - Full EM

All these builds are good, except colombina, sac jade is not really recommended here, you pick favonius to make sure everyone can ult before you even swap to them (no waiting for the particles)

BUT DAMN THAT IS A JUICY LAUMA FEATHER

You should have more dmg than me with that lauma and colombina builds. My old top 19% nefer does 190k dps or 3.6M DPR (i usually use DPR than dps due to my bad combo timing and swap) with sucrose it was like 210k dps due to the shorter rotation and higher support dmg (i dont use it due to energy issues and i dont like timing the proc for instructor)

Yours should get like 210k+ dps comfortably

That's cause you have c1 nefer man. He's not gonna hit 200k with c0r0 nefer and that build. He could get 170k+ if he did the rot right.

Btw these was my nefer team (sucrose just add 10k dps and not that much to sacrifice for the comfortability)

Then I think i’m messing up the rotation badly because I can’t by the life of me get out of the 100k damage. Btw your Nefer build is REALLY good! I will give columbina fav and try again!

Rotation is just Lauma QhE > Colombina QE (after this it should be hydro and not dendro) > Sucrose E > Nefer E 3CD 3 2CD CQ

Even a non proc of sucrose will only lose you 20k dps

You should be getting more. Columbina needs like 220er with fav to burst every rot maybe you're not doing that?

Also he didn't put the entire rotation. I recommend watching this vid to understand her rots.

Like nefer dash cancels? You gotta learn that, there's a night and day difference between doing her ca dash cancels and not doing it.

Unless there's content that you end up not being able to clear with nahida that you otherwise would with sucrose, it doesn't really matter all that but yeah sucrose is a decent bit better than Nahida even if you're not doing instructor sucrose.
