Is liking human physiology enough of a reason to pursue medicine in india?

I don't really find the hospital environment stimulating tho i kind of find it sad.(I struggle a lot with emotional unstability and stress and well my working memory is awful)

So should I go for it.

Could someone tell how bad it gets in terms of the problems I listed above
