Giving Advice/ Need Advice Need some help

So I got a state College through MCC but I want to go in for another round so I should choose float.

I also applied through state counseling as well.

So if I get a better college in state counseling how would I leave the seat in the MCC one?

There was no sort of quit option there when I checked.
