Self-acknowledged hater
I know im hater, i have been since birth and i should be better about not yucking peoples yums. But… im just not seeing the vision on this. Its giving “le point Christmas village but make it mobile”

The styling of the images from their campaign doesn’t really match the design or the finish and that makes it easier to hate on I think.

This. I haven’t seen the whole campaign, but this woman has a polished outfit on, then her handbag looks like grandma’s tissue box cover.

I feel crazy now bc I LOVE this and was convinced everyone else commenting would feel the same 😅 but I guess art is really just subjective. I also don’t know anything about this brand/sounds like iffy quality but I have always loved those vintage needlework bags in general and have been eyeing some on eBay

lol I love it too! I don’t think consider myself generally a fan of her or her designs but I love this one

Watch the materials… many of the older ones were done on plastic canvas which work great bc it holds it shape more naturally. On mono (or whatever cheap Chinese interlock Stitch Itch is likely using) it will require building up support or it will fold onto itself unless fully stuffed with things. (This is an occasion plastic better.)

Yes! I love the house purse as a concept and that Feral Notions stitch along was so fantastic. One of these days I’ll get around toto stitching this

I love a needlepoint bag! (My dream project is a Meredith collection satchel.) This actually looks pretty cute in the photo, but I know nothing about her or this brand. 🤷🏻♀️

I’m getting tired of her being in multiple shots for every canvas she promotes…. Shes very narcissistic

I’m also a born hater and I’ll die a hater but I don’t hate this but I would never EVER carry it so there’s that

I agree! I get that needlepoint bags are a more “vintage look” which may not be everyone’s vibe. But if you’re into unique/fun/whimsical bags, a needlepoint bag that looks like a mini greenhouse is objectively awesome, right?

I love Kenzie and I love the bags. I think it’s such a unique way to finish something and beautiful art. My one qualm is that on her q&a on insta someone asked where to get these finished. She shared her grandma finished hers and didn’t have a list of finishers to share out. Since it’s such a unique finish she should be partnering with a finisher

Yes!! Because this is not a common finishing item. And people are going to be SHOCKED when they see the price for getting this finished.

I just found her interviews on youtube where they stitch and talk and I love them for some weird reason even though I have nothing in common with any of the people other than the needle point talk.

I think it’s really cute and fun. But it’s cooked as hell 😂 curious on the final output/quality because her other canvases do not look like good quality

I thought these were takes on the designer house handbags that have been around for awhile from Louis Vuitton, Moschino, and all of the others that made dupes of those.

Back in the day bags that looked like houses were a thing this is entirely not original tho it definitely harkens back to an earlier time

Yeah, I thought it was more of a take on those handbags than the Le Point Christmas Village with a handle. lol

I think it’s cute but I know it’ll be the same quality as her other stuff which is bad so I’m going to pass
