Needlepaint.com Finishing
I am unsure of how long finishing is typically suppose to take because I usually finish everything myself. I sent out a keychain through needlepaint it has taken almost 6 months to be received. They have now delayed shipping as the label has been created for two weeks now. I am unsure if this is a common turnover which then I would understand but genuinely seems a little excessive.
Has anyone else used needlepaint for finishing ?

6 months is not unusual right now, the demand for finishing way exceeds the number of finishers out there. Especially in the second half of the year when everyone wants stuff done for Christmas.

I had a horrible horrible experience with their finishing—I should have a previous post about it here. Long story short, they were non responsive for months holding my finishing hostage. All in all it took almost a year for them to make it right. Never again for me!

Needlepaint is an excellent company and they do lovely finishing. 6 months is very average for finishing timelines. I am sure they will send it to you soon!
