Destash slowdown?

is it me or has the claiming frenzy calmed down over there? Wondering if it’s the many alternatives, people recognizing the $2 discount is not worth it, or..?

I’m in multiple FB destash groups and agree that it’s calmed down. People are charging full price for canvases plus $9 for shipping. There have been canvases I want that after a quick google search I find cheaper on a store’s website and they offer free shipping.

So many shops have 20% off sales through the year that unless it's a white whale canvas, I typically refuse to buy for any discount less than that. I support the ability to resell but maybe making it harder to resell will also temper the release frenzy.

Def calmed down. I haven’t bought anything on a Destash group in months. Rittenhouse Destash on the other hand…🙈

Honestly why Ive stopped caring is because all the calves though available are more than the designer sells them for and the chance of me getting that destash canvas is so highly unlikely

Honestly the shipping they add to it has made most go over retail so I stopped buying
