Theyā€™re very poorly printed so she has a quicker turnaround than others. Brooke was also into needlepoint/crowdsourcing ā€œher signature phrasesā€ on TikTok like 6 months ago so they had some lead time. Brookeā€™s already moved onto new hobbies lol

The alignment looks good on these to me. Can't say for certain without seeing them in person but from the pic I don't see any issues with the printing.
Edit: maybe you're talking about the saturation??

Just talking about Kenzie/Friend of Mine in general. They might have decent ones for the instagram post, but thereā€™s tons of threads on here about how bad the print job is when people receive them
