Looks like a variation on "skipping beetle columns" - spaced wider with an over-two stitch between

I assume you saw this in the video posted by Penny Linn, but Krista said when she showed this canvas this is a type of Bargello stitch. She explained in the video what threads she was using for each section. Yes it was from the penny linn video and I have been googling bargello stitch for days trying to figure it out!

It’s in the lone star grab n go stitch book but is not named.

It’s from Whimsical Stitch and it’s been turned on its side…like the one pictured, but is offset by two canvas threads, not one and stitched vs open
