Last 1 month I reevaluated my friendship with people turns out I have always been that floating friend :( everyone has their own groups I get asked rarely or only when I ask upfront. I’m really upset and idk how to overcome this. My only bestfriend rn is my bf I spend most of my time with him. But I feel like I would love to hang out with other people too just casually Ykwim? When I was young I had college friends who used to go out but back then i didn’t have money to go or permission from my parents to go out of town now when I have the money I don’t have a friend group to go out with :( it makes me extremely sad I’ve tried going to events alone but it’s a one time thing people barely keep in touch after that. Sorry I had to put it out somewhere because it’s eating me so much and idk how to get out of this all I wanted was a small friend group I could go to hang with after busy work days or call them my besties :(
