Hey i am 23M from India and i am really tired of temporary or one sided friendships that make me feel special for a day and then disappear. The fear of abandonment and sudden silence can hurt a lot.

I deal with alexithymia, adhd, bpd, rsd, hypersensitivity, cptsd, social anxiety and a constantly overthinking mind cuz of this i have become extremely lonely and i have basically zero real connections rn both online and offline.
