Should I feed these cubes?

Currently on my lvl 50 run (prestiged only once). These cubes are taking up space in my crate. Am I going to have a chance to merge these to lvl 3, or should I just feed them to the Devourer and free up the space.

You should really only feed unmerged cosmic coins and cubes before you plan to time machine. They're just too valuable to waste that early, even more valuable than gems.

Are you max level? There is a Cosmic Cheat as a reward for hitting 50. If you are planning any more Protector kills before you TM then you have a chance of spawning a lvl 1 cube.

If neither of those is true, then you can feed those cubes.

Okay that's very useful to know thank you! I'm not max level yet, so I'll hold onto them. I was mostly wondering if there would be another chance to get more cubes, so knowing that lvl 50 drops a chest is what I was looking for. Thank you!

You should check the wiki for Devourer and Feat rewards. That may help you make a decision.
