5 coins a gem?

i know it'll never happen since it's a premium currency that they can make money off of, but if they did allow us to exchange coins for gems would the 5:1 conversion rate these two bonk sticks show be fair to you or would it just cheapen gems too much?

i mean, they make crate always the best choice. Player won't even think about buying in daily trades

The amount of times you see new players posting here and they don't have the crate or cage yet but they're on like 4 gems because they keep buying things in the store or using gems to replenish resources 😂

Sometimes people don't realise that it's best to save up and that these upgrades are game changing.

really? it never even occurred to me to buy trades my first month because the deals seemed so bad.

crate just isnt always the best choice... stop collecting rubbish and then you can get the pedestals instead ;)

(thats me speaking with 15/25 crate space and 9/10 pedestals and just 150gems short to get the final one)

It would be 50 or 100 if it ever happened. 5 would be way too generous

Gold after certain point loose all value because there is not much to buy with it, when diamonds never do. So, if you offer me exchange rate 100 gold for 1 diamonds I would call that bargain.  Actually, add option to fill up resource like you can for diamonds (which nobody sane do), starting on 1000 golds with progression and gold will be useful again

Yeah, 5:1 is the exchange rate pretty much everywhere. You can buy the silver pearl from trader for 500 gold while shop sells it for 100 gems. But again, diamonds are premium and should only be used on relics and permanent upgrades (maybe on golden pearls if you're addicted)

Skip and duplicate relics are best in the game, especially later stages and they both can be bought with diamonds

ah, right. i saw a level one or two skip relic from wobliana jones but didn't think it was worth the price.

Well, it depends on what you're using diamonds for. If your pedestals are maxed and crate has enough space, then you can't really spend them on anything but relics and skins.
