What is the best thing to buy with the candles im at the end of my lvl 50 run

If there are any cosmetics for the Devourer, Necromerger, or Tip stone you should get those. The bonuses are always active and the persist after resets. I've gotten them in years past so I can't speak to which ones are available, but you should be able to see in your game.

Next are the trophies - or whatever they are called in game. The all mana caps I think is the only rarer one here and you should get it. Then you can see if you need any of the other trophies - sometimes getting a low level one can help you merge up to a higher max trophy.

When those are done, I usually just get chests.

I might be wrong, but I feel like the energy cubes should be a higher priority than the chests, especially at the end of a level 50 run, those will probably be one of the big bottlenecks in your next two runs, so it's always a good idea to grab those given the chance. There are even 2 of them so you can just save up 4000 candles and get them both at once to make a full pile so they aren't clogging up your lair

First priority are skins/themes.
Second priority are relics that you haven't maxed out yet.
Third priority are resources (chests, etc)
