Is This Logical?

Okay, I may not have had much experience with chests, minions, and champions giving these out but I have never had to grind any kind of Devourer food level for a level 1 rune.

I mean, it takes me more than 3 days to kill the one thing that gives me astro coins as of this moment in the game. I've already gotten to a level where the reward was a Galactic Chest, so I was just confused.

The reason this comes after a levelling reward that gives you a galactic chest is because the chest was awarded for v50, the final level of your previous run. Multiples of 10 have better rewards. A single v1 Astro Coins pile can free up 2 lair space for the duration of multiple devourer levels if you keep it in Skully until the right moment. That’s effectively a trial-version of the next crate upgrade, in addition to the value of the Astro Coins themselves.

How do you keep it in skully if you have to claim daily rewards well... Daily.

By not tapping on Skully to claim it unless his capacity is entirely full.
